CP Management was established in 1986 and has since become New Hampshire's #1 third party property manager that focuses on both residential and commercial property. Our commercial portfolio under management is currently approximately 4 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space. We also manage approximately 3,000 housing units including both multifamily and condominiums. We cover a geographic region stretching from Rhode Island to Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. At CP we treat every property as if it were our own.
