When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by Thursday 17 December for standard delivery, or Tuesday 22 December for Express Post. WA, NT and remote areas need a few extra days, so please order earlier for those addresses.
Do you deliver gift hampers Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on eligible hampers right across Australia. Enter your recipient's postcode at checkout to see the delivery options, and any remote-area surcharge, before you pay. Local to Sydney? You can also collect free from our Rouse Hill warehouse.
What if my hamper arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo and we'll replace it. Call 1300 305 430 or send us a message.
Can I add a personalised gift message?
Yes. Every hamper includes a free gift card with your message. Add it at checkout. For corporate orders, we can also print branded cards with your logo.
Can I send hampers to lots of different people?
Yes. Send us one list with names and addresses and we'll deliver each hamper to its own door, with one order and one invoice. See corporate gifting.
Do you have alcohol-free hampers?
Yes. Browse our alcohol-free hampers, or mix them into a corporate order so everyone gets something they'll enjoy.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. Branded ribbon is free on orders of 10 or more hampers, with no setup fee. For 1 to 9 hampers it's $3 per hamper plus a $40 setup fee. See branding options.
How much should I spend on a gift hamper?
Start with a budget you're comfortable with. Most of our customers choose between $100 and $150. Browse gift hampers under $100 or gift hampers $100 to $150.
