The Ability awards where created to give the men and women of various services the opportunity to cook and compete at many international events such as chef Ireland's CATEX and IFEX in Belfast and Hotel Olympia to name but a few of these international events. This provides us with the perfect platform to raise awareness with potential employers and build relationships with other services it also gives us a stronger voice and accreditation to be recognized within the hospitality industry one of the worlds leading employers.
