We also have smaller vertical injection machines for over molding of cables 20T, 25T and 45T CNC machining Brand new 5 axis CNC centers with capacity of 500x800mm. In house we do metal processing and critical machining such as reaming, tapping and removing burrs. Added Value - Product assembly One of our main services is assembling of sets and complete products. We produce and source all the necessary components. We follow strictly the Bil of Material and Assembling instructions. Quality control will be performed at different stages of the production process. RoHS & REACH We are aware that RoHS and REACH are more and more important. We have test results on more than 40 different parts performed by a UK laboratory.
