Since 1992, DAVCAR Engineering has been providing civil engineering design and project management services to both the private and public sectors in the state of Texas. Based in Austin, Texas our skilled team of engineers is dedicated to meeting project needs in a timely, cost-effective and professional manner. DAVCAR is certified by the City of Austin, as well as the City of San Antonio, as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
