Deca Investments AIFM

Deca Investments AIFM (“Deca”), is a Greek Alternative Investments Fund Manager, as defined by the European Union’s AIFM directive. Deca is the exclusive investment manager of Diorama Investments Sicar S.A. and Diorama Investments II RAIF SCA, two Luxembourg – based private equity funds investing in Greek companies. Diorama I and Diorama II are licensed by and subject to the regulation of the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”). Diorama has EUR 135mn assets under management with major investors including development financial institutions (“DFIs”), family offices, insurance firms and banks. Diorama has completed 10 investments in a well-diversified portfolio comprising of companies in the technology, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, consumers goods and industrials sectors.
