Overview
Our distillery produces what is probably the oldest gin in the Mediterranean. It does it in an artisanal way based on a recipe from the early 1700s and on copper alembics with more than 250 years old, a singularity for which it has been deserving of recognition as a 'Gin de Mahón' Geographical Indication.
