We originally set out to build a team of a lean, happy, hardworking creative people, blissfully free of politics and over inflated egos. More importantly, we listened to clients about their agency experiences and what, in their opinion made for a good client/agency relationship, what made clients happy (or sad) and what made them come back and use us again and again. Apart from being able to do what we say we can do we do which is a given, it all boiled down to 3 main things; the people, the process and a thorough understanding of our clients business and needs. And, nearly 10 years down the line we posed the same question, why Diagram? The answer was a very simple one, because we “get it” and we make the whole experience not only productive but also enjoyable. People, process and understanding. Furthermore we make sure your material works hard to get you the desired results and the all-important return on investment. We are just straightforward creative people who have an unyielding desire to deliver great work and a totally “friction-free” experience.
