Digital Journey is Ākina Foundation’s first certified Social Enterprise digital agency in New Zealand, putting people before profit. We strive to make quality agency services increasingly accessible to social groups, schools, small business and communities. Our aim is to increase digital use and help businesses, organisations and individuals understand, participate and benefit from using the Internet and digital technologies. We have helped thousands of businesses and organisations create digital strategies, develop digital plans and prioritise projects to increase digital use and digital literacy. We also have a soft-spot for schools. Our vision is to see ALL New Zealand schools get the best out of their digital platforms. In addition we also provide training programmes for businesses to understand online services and products. This includes social media training, cloud computing and digital strategy development. Digital Journey also is the home of the Digital Journey assessment service; an international bench-marking service that helps businesses to develop an Action Plan on how they can use the Internet and online services.
