Director Group is a consultancy that supports business occupiers and their investors across real estate, workplace and facilities management. Our consultants have experience of operational accountability and reporting at board level, gained at some of the world’s leading companies. This client-side understanding ensures that we have the right people to initiate and deliver, relevant outcomes to business. Of equal importance to us, is our independence. We are not, and never have been, a brokerage or transaction-based company which means we do not charge a fee related to a real estate or service transaction. Our independence ensures our clients receive a ‘market-wide’ review of every available solution – regardless of who is commissioned to represent the landlord or service provider. At Director Group we provide a global service to support the full life-cycle of a company’s investment in their real estate portfolio. From the initial location strategy, through occupation, expansion, renewal or disposal. Every stage is underpinned by data driven analysis to ensure our clients can make informed and future proof decisions about their workplaces and their business. Director Group was founded and is led by Stephen Pannell and David Wright, who agreed that the industry did not need another consultancy firm, it needed a new type of consultancy firm.
