Disability EmpowHer Network is a Rochester, New York-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women with disabilities through mentoring and transformative learning experiences. Recognizing the significant disparities faced by disabled girls – including lower high school graduation rates and limited access to role models – we provide a vital support system. Our multi-stage programs focus on skill-building, fostering confidence, and cultivating leadership, connecting participants with successful disabled women mentors. We are committed to creating a community where disabled girls and women can thrive, achieve their full potential, and confidently lead.
