Dodd and Associates Consulting Engineers

Dodd and Associates was established in 1992 in San Diego and since then has provided Structural Engineering services on a wide variety of building structures. This has included everything from an 18 story high rise condominium project to single story residential additions. A specialty of the firm is the seismic analysis and upgrade of existing unreinforced masonry buildings, including those with historic status. The firm has completed over 50 of these projects throughout the western United States. The residential home above displays some work that we have assisted in. The home rotates full circle and has been operational for 5+ years now.
