Dragoshinov Winery

Founded in 2019 by oenologist Daniel Dragoshinov, Dragoshinov Winery is a small, family-owned boutique winery located in the village of Natsovtsi, near Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. With mire than 30 years of winemaking expertise, Daniel leads the wineryʼs mission to craft elegant, terroir-expressive wines. Our production is limited—around 8,000 bottles annually—allowing meticulous attention to quality and authenticity. We collaborate closely with experienced growers to source premium grapes, including classic international varieties like Chardonnay and Syrah, alongside rare indigenous grapes such as Red Misket and Aligote, which we are proud to revive. A signature of our portfolio is the traditional Pelin herbal wine, crafted from an old Kilifarevo recipe using 28 herbs, embodying Bulgariaʼs rich heritage.
