Dress for Success Worcester Inc

Dress for Success Worcester is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in Worcester, Massachusetts, and the surrounding Central Massachusetts region to achieve lasting economic independence. We provide a comprehensive support system, including professional attire through our Suiting Program, career coaching and job training through our Career Center, and a supportive Professional Women’s Group. Founded in 2008 and serving over 5,300 women since its inception, Dress for Success Worcester works with approximately 300 women each year, many of whom are primary earners in their households and rely on public assistance. We are part of the global Dress for Success network, committed to helping women gain the confidence and connections needed to thrive in the workplace and build stronger communities. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and create a future where women are treated with dignity and respect, and are able to provide for their families.
