DUNDU Teambuilding - The Philosophy that enables a group

DUNDU Teambuilding is a new approach for training and organizational development. We are using the Dundu puppet as an innovative tool in different sets of workshops. In challenging scenarios, Dundu represents the collaboration and communication platform of the group. In a playful manner, the participants learn and experience on a very intuitive way to communicate effectively and become aware of their role in the team. Only through the collective effort, the team will be able to move Dundu. The reflection phase offers space for an open dialogue about the new experiences and sets the stage to transfer from the model scenario to the daily project and work routine.
