After 8 years of development with our team of engineers, we developed two units that turn waste into High Sulphur Diesel which is compliant with EN 590 Fuel Quality Regulations. Unit TDU 750 with the capacity of 720 kg/h is designed for recycling: - plastic waste (HDPE, LDPE, PP) - used face masks - medical waste Unit TDU 1000 with the capacity of 1000 kg/h is designed for recycling: - used tyres Unit TDU 750 generates on average 500 liters of oil per hour. In the petrochemical industry purchasing price of this high-quality is between 0.45€ - 0.60€ per liter. The unit is in operation 24 hours a day, 28 days a month. Oil can be used as fuel for: a) Producing electricity in diesel generators. One ton of waste can produce enough oil to generate up to 3 MW of electricity. b) Transportation for ships – oil can be blended into marine fuel. c) Refinery industry - diesel for cars. d) Petrochemical industry - to make new plastics which is closing the cycle of the circular economy.
