At ECOS Group (ECOS Estudios Ambientales y Oceanografía S.L.), we are an environmental consultancy and coastal engineering firm with over 18 years of experience, specialized in developing sustainable solutions for public and private sectors. Since our founding in 2007, we have worked to balance development with ecosystem conservation, combining scientific rigor, innovation, and operational excellence. Our activity is structured around three key areas: 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: we provide specialized consultancy in terrestrial and marine environments. We develop projects related to renewable energies such as offshore wind, battery storage (BESS), and photovoltaics, as well as aquaculture and coastal or port infrastructure. Our work covers everything from data acquisition, such as bathymetry or digital aerial surveys (DAS) for marine megafauna monitoring, to full environmental permitting and management. 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: we focus on the design and execution of submarine pipelines, brine discharge systems, and coastal profile regeneration projects. Our international experience spans sectors such as desalination for mining or human consumption, including coastal resilience and climate adaptation studies. 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐋𝐚𝐛: we are an ENAC-accredited Inspection Body (𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟏𝟕𝟎𝟐𝟎) and Testing Laboratory (𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟏𝟕𝟎𝟐𝟓). We carry out inspections and monitoring of land-to-sea discharges, water quality assessments, and effluent characterization, as well as managing discharge authorizations. With offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Madrid, Santander, and Santiago de Chile, and projects in over 15 countries, we are a benchmark in sustainability, coastal engineering, and environmental control.
