Introducing Edge Personnel, a fresh independent recruitment business established in January 2010, specialists in the Hospitality & Catering Sector across the UK. Often recruitment agencies are criticised for cutting corners and placing people who are often inadequate for the role they have been presented for. Our primary goal is to recruit for the perfect candidate for your positions, whether temporary or permanent. We will use all of our combined knowledge and assets of the Hospitality and Catering industry to provide a service second to none. How we are different? We recruit our consultants from within the industry they supply, so they have firsthand experience and knowledge, enabling us to understand your business from the initial contact and support through to the completion of an assignment or job vacancy. For permanent staffing solutions each candidate is rigorously screened and matched to our vacancies. We will search our available pool of databases to select the appropriate candidates. We take personal care with our temporary recruitment process, with all of our consultants getting to know each worker and getting involved with their training and induction, and assignments they are offered. We aim to keep our running costs low, so we can reflect this in our fees while still remaining competitive.
