“EF Asset Management” AD was established on 2005 and licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission with resolution No: 172 – УД/ 08.03.2006. “EF Asset Management” AD is licensed (by the Financial Supervision Commission) to organize and manage: Mutual fund "EF Principal"​ – Permit No 526-ДФ/17.08.2005 Mutual fund "EF Rapid"​ – Permit No 644-ДФ/13.10.2005 “EF Asset Management” AD is entitled to provide the following types of services: - management of collective investment schemes and investment companies of closed-end type, including: - investment management and advisory services; - administrative and operating services associated with the units or shares, including: legal and accounting services regarding the asset management , investors relation services, valuation of the assets and calculation of the unit/share price, supervision of legal requirements adherence, filing and storage of the register book of unit- / shareholders, distribution of dividends and other payments, issue, sale and redemption of units / shares, execution of contracts, record keeping; - marketing services for managed mutual funds; - investment advisory services.
