Eisvogel provides hands-on strategic support to ambitious management teams, and leverages a diverse global network to assist in transformational growth and international expansion. Eisvogel’s holding company structure provides a number of advantages over traditional private equity, including no restrictions on the holding period, greater flexibility with the transaction structure, greater alignment of culture and incentives.
