EITI - European Institute of Technical Inspections

EITI - European Institute of Technical Inspections is the name of a new Group born with the merge of two different companies working in the Inspection & Test side of the Oil & Gas Market. The merge started in December 2015, when the Inspection and Expediting Department of former company Sideco S.p.A has been acquired by Qualytube S.r.l.. The Sideco S.p.A. Inspection and expediting Department is on the market from 1989, providing inspections, expediting and expertise activities, mainly for (but not limited to) the Oil & Gas market. This Sideco Division built year after year a strong specialization on Valves, becoming the most reliable inspection company in this sector. Qualytube S.r.l. is an NDT Company established in 2013, with the aim to supply NDT services for the main actors in the Oil & Gas Market, starting with high-specialized UT devices for pipes, fittings and flanges and enlarging its field of action to a complete range of services. With the merge of this two company, we merged our experiences and competences, empathize each of them under a stronger structure and coordination.
