El-Ada Community Action Partnership is a vital nonprofit organization dedicated to combating poverty and empowering low-income families and individuals in Ada, Elmore, and Owyhee counties, Idaho. For over 50 years, we’ve been a trusted partner, providing essential resources and support services such as energy assistance, food boxes, veteran services, and weatherization programs. We focus on helping our community members achieve self-sufficiency through comprehensive support and resource referrals.

Our commitment extends to addressing critical needs like HIV/HCV testing and smoking cessation, alongside fostering a sense of hope and opportunity within these underserved communities. We operate multiple community resource centers across the region, including Boise, Garden City, Mountain Home, and Homedale, ensuring accessibility for those who need our assistance most.
