Elephant is the leading platform for public healthcare in low- and middle-income countries. We partner with governments to digitise health systems, guide clinicians and integrate industry-leading tools into clinical workflows. Elephant’s first product was ElephantOS, a lightweight EHR that is mobile- and offline-first and designed for integration and interoperability. Elephant is transforming the efficiency and transparency of public health facilities, serving over 19 million contracted patients, in Nigeria, Kenya and Pakistan. In 2024 Elephant released Elephant Nudge, a clinical co-pilot that improves and rewards quality of care. It can be configured to tackle any condition, at any level of the healthcare system and it integrates seamlessly with any frontline clinical tool. It works in three main ways: it guides clinical actions, incentivises with pay-for-performance subsidies and supports education with personalised feedback. Now Elephant is building Elephant Platform, an AI-driven healthcare platform for 3rd party integrations, which recommends and connects clinicians to industry-leading tools. The platform will provide clinicians with a curated marketplace of products and services, which can be seamlessly integrated, to improve and expand services offered.
