ELI Thrive

ELI Thrive is a Birmingham, Alabama-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering thriving communities through family-centered coaching and strategic partnerships. Established in 2010, ELI Thrive began as a community development organization focused on addressing intergenerational poverty in East Lake. Now, we extend our impact to the greater Birmingham area, providing comprehensive wraparound services encompassing housing, economic development, health and nutrition, and education. We partner with Serving You Ministries to deliver the Thrive Together program, supporting over 80 families in their journey towards self-sufficiency and lasting positive change. ELI Thrive’s approach is rooted in relational engagement, client-led strategies, and a commitment to empowering families for the long term – a dedication that spans multiple generations and aims to transform communities from crisis to thriving.
