Established in 1971 as Retirement Lease Housing Association (RLHA), Ethical Leasehold Management (ELM) Group is the freeholder of its own apartment/estate buildings and a leasehold property management company. The company is a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and RLHA is a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). We offer bespoke leasehold property management services across all forms of residential leasehold buildings, from the traditional ‘block’ to listed conversions. ELM Group also provides assistance with individual requirements, such as Right To Manage and Resident Management Companies. As an ethical organisation, it does not accept commission of any type and guarantees transparency of service at all times. Services and fees are tailored individually to each estate that ELM Group manages, with a one-off fee and no extra charges.
