The founder and managing member Antonio Garcia, saw an opportunity to make a difference in communities by investing in properties that could provide solutions to these challenges. Elysium REI was inspired to create a different kind of real estate investment management portfolio firm, focused on creating a positive impact in the communities where they operate, not just financial returns. Since their launch, Elysium REI has worked on a range of projects, from affordable housing developments to single-family home renovations.
