With over 29 years of experience, a 100% owned workforce wing named TCFM (Technique Control Facility Management) with over 13,000 staff, and technology tools customized for enhanced operational delivery - ESPL manages a diverse portfolio in 13 states PAN India, for clients spanning 130+ Million Sft of area across the real estate spectrum in commercial, residential, co-working, airports, retail, hospitality, energy, education, industrial & warehousing segments.
We hold ISO, CII, BSI and other certifications for globally acceptable standards and best practices required for Integrated Facility Management. We are recipients of the prestigious ‘Sword of Honor’ from the British Safety Council and manage some of the largest business parks carrying LEED, WELL, GRESB, and IGBC Platinum certifications among others.
