Empowered ERGs is a Business Services company based in London, United Kingdom (UK), founded in 2021, with 20-30 employees.
Overview
We work with Employee Resource Groups directly to empower their leaders and maximise the business benefit of DE&I initiatives.
We assist in outlining foundations, setting up governance, and mapping vision to company objectives, whilst providing personalised coaching for ERG Leaders so that they can do their best work.
Rather than focus solely on an overarching company program, working with the groups themselves allows us to not only deliver better outcomes for your business but to create your Future Leaders while we do.
