EmpoweredAI is a Toledo, Ohio-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding the local Software Ecosystem and providing Augmented Intelligence skills and tools to those with limited opportunities. We empower communities across Northwest Ohio to build a stronger, smarter region through accessible, ethical, and empowering AI education. Our mission is to advance digital equity by making augmented intelligence a force for innovation and positive change. Founded in 2023, EmpoweredAI fosters a collaborative environment where educators, technologists, and neighbors can co-design solutions and unlock potential across the 419.

We provide hands-on learning experiences and mentorship, from K-12 programs to community studios, equipping individuals with the skills and confidence to become responsible AI leaders. Our initiatives include Ignite Labs, Community Studio, Educator Fellowships, and Impact Sprints, all designed to address real-world challenges and foster a more inclusive tech future.
