EmpowRD Nutrition is a Dallas-based eating disorder treatment counseling service dedicated to helping adults and families rebuild their relationship with food.

We provide virtual and in-person outpatient nutrition services, grounded in science-backed nutrition information and implementation, not fad diets.

At EmpowRD Nutrition, we believe in intuitive eating principles and offer individualized support to help clients regain confidence around food and overcome harmful dieting behaviors. Our team, led by Melissa Bloom, CEDS-S, specializes in treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns.

We are committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care, empowering individuals to achieve lasting recovery and a healthy relationship with food.

EmpowRD Nutrition also offers specialized training for eating disorder facilities, providing expert nutrition guidance for their staff and clients. We serve clients in Dallas, Colorado Springs, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
