ENECHANGE Innovation Limited identifies and develops energy technology solutions to accelerate the energy transition in Japan. Our company's roots com from our own research originating at the University of Cambridge. Founded as SMAP Energy in 2016, we developed SaaS-solutions to allow utilities to analyse energy consumption data using advanced machine learning techniques to better understand and react to consumer behaviour. After achieving early success, particularly in selling to Japanese energy utilities, the company was acquired by ENECHANGE (TSE: 4169) and rebranded to ENECHANGE Innovation Limited. Today, we continue to leverage our networks and expertise to develop a portfolio of solutions for our clients. These range from industry insight and market research - such as through our ENECHANGE Insight programmes - to prototyping, project management, and business development support.
