Entelexo Biotherapeutics is an Irvine, California-based biotechnology company pioneering a new approach to treating autoimmune diseases. We engineer exosomes – nature’s cell-to-cell communication system – to deliver targeted therapies to multiple cell types simultaneously, addressing the complex underlying causes of conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn’s Disease, and Psoriasis.

Our proprietary platform technology allows us to rapidly prototype and fine-tune exosomes for specific indications, offering a significant advancement over traditional ‘one-size-fits-all’ treatments that often only block a single cytokine.

Since our founding in 2020, Entelexo has secured YC and EFL acceptance, built a strong scientific advisory board, and progressed through pre-clinical development, including animal studies and human cell assays. We are currently focused on IND-enabling studies and preparing for Pre-IND filing with the FDA, demonstrating our commitment to translating our innovative technology into life-changing therapies.
