The Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA) is the UK's leading trade body and not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). Based in London, EISA serves as the central advocacy and support hub for one of the UK's most important tax-advantaged investment programmes, helping to channel capital to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the country. EISA exists to enhance and promote the EIS and SEIS schemes to three key stakeholder groups: investors seeking tax-efficient investment opportunities, growth-stage companies looking to raise capital, and professional advisers including accountants, lawyers, and tax specialists.
