Since launching in 1999, we've held a simple belief that has delivered incredible results for our clients – that only truly connected thinking transforms brands. More recently, we welcomed 999 Design’s 35 years of branding experience into the Equator family to enable us to create even more connected brands. The team is our most important asset. An environment that's conducive to creating the best possible work is crucial to our success. A creative culture doesn't come from putting a Fussball table in the studio, it's achieved by feeling valued, inspired and challenged to do things that make a real difference.
