Description
Since launching in 1999, we've held a simple belief that has delivered incredible results for our clients – that only truly connected thinking transforms brands. We continue to create specialist teams as each new channel and technology emerges. We developed our unique Tribe model to create a fertile environment for powerful collaborative thinking. More recently, we welcomed 999 Design’s 35 years of branding experience into the Equator family to enable us to create even more connected brands. The team is our most important asset. An environment that's conducive to creating the best possible work is crucial to our success. A creative culture doesn't come from putting a Fussball table in the studio, it's achieved by feeling valued, inspired and challenged to do things that make a real difference. So while we love to celebrate success and party together, opportunities to debate ideas and share experiences is really what makes Equator a special place to be.
