Because of our diverse appetite and long-term strategy, we are able to pay more for any “stand-alone” asset than most would think it could ever possibly produce in royalty. We refuse to submit “blind” mail out offers which will not be honored, or renegotiated prior to closing. Instead, we analyze a property prior to making contact so any offer we make will be dependable. Experience has taught us that this provides the maximum value to the owner, who will receive a comprehensive summary of their property to ensure they are fully aware of the interests we are offering to acquire.
