The consultancy was established in 2009 and is led by Co-Directors Euan Kellie and Kelly Paddick. We are based at Neo in Manchester city centre and are advising on a range of instructions across the north west. We lead our clients through every step of the planning process. As a RICS-regulated firm we understand the wider property cycle and broader context within which our clients are making decisions.
