Europea de Titulización

Europea de Titulización is a Company incorporated in Spain, acting under the supervision of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) which business purpose is to constitute, manage and legally represent the asset securitisation funds, mortgage securitisation funds and bank asset funds (FABs) as stated in Law 9/2012, 14 November, on restructuring and resolution of credit entities. With its registered office in Madrid, sited on C/ Lagasca 120, the Company is entitled to constitute, manage and legally represent funds or special purpose vehicles, similar to the securitisation funds, incorporated abroad. Europea de Titulización, thanks to a highly qualified team, has maintained as a main drivers of its business activities the thoroughness and customer commitment in such a complex and sophisticated industry as the Securitisation business.
