EverExcel is a privately owned discretionary investment group. We apply a global multi-strategy investment approach where the group uses its long-term and flexible capital to invest in value oriented and sustainable investments. EverExcel deploys its capital by making direct investments in companies and assets, as well as making LP investments coupled with minority GP stakes in asset management firms. Asset management firms we own GP stakes manage approximately $6Billion in external capital. EverExcel invests across private and public markets in every asset class, with a specific focus in Europe and the United States of America. We invest across industries in both established and growth-oriented businesses. Through our focused strategies we seek to establish a diversified portfolio of investments, and to invest in alpha-generating macro-opportunities that are uncorrelated with the market conditions. We partner with likeminded investors, management teams and entrepreneurs in the pursuit of creating sustained value that lasts over generations. EverExcel has a very broad and flexible investment mandate. As principals we invest our own capital based on our own investment criteria and vision. Our flexible mandate allows us to gain exposure to opportunities across diverse industries, geographies, asset classes, and various security classes.
