We believe that everyone has the right to be healthy and happy at work, in whatever way that means to them. We consider that the route to achieving this in the workplace, both physical and mental, is through regular social interactions between colleagues, regardless how large or widespread an organisation is. This is especially important for those organisations that have colleagues working remotely. To achieve this, colleagues should have access to a range of online and offline provisions whenever and wherever they need them. This provision should promote inclusive activities and events that bring people out of work-related silos and into the wider organisational community. Additionally, for those less able to attend provision and likely disengaged with the wider organisational community, employees should have the opportunity to engage with colleagues through mobile devices at any time. Our online Platform seamlessly automates the entire activity booking process making it resource-light to manage whilst allowing colleagues to see a range of provision taking place near them all year round. Additionally, Juice enables colleagues to learn through our weekly updated “Health Hub”, an online resource underpinned by the New Economics Foundation’s “Five Ways to Wellbeing"​.
