Exco Engineering USA is a leading designer and manufacturer of large, high-pressure die casting tools, based in Toledo, Ohio. For over 58 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing innovative tooling solutions to a global customer base. We specialize in creating complex tooling for powertrain and structural components, serving industries like automotive and industrial manufacturing. Our commitment to quality, combined with our strategic location near Detroit and access to a robust supply chain, allows us to deliver exceptional results and support our customers’ critical programs. We operate three strategically located facilities across North America – in Toledo, Newmarket, and Querétaro – each equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by experienced engineers and technicians.

Exco Engineering USA focuses on delivering comprehensive tooling solutions, from initial design and engineering to manufacturing, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance. We offer a broad range of services, including new die design and manufacture (up to 4500 tons), die rebuilds, engineering changes, and additive manufacturing of tooling inserts. Our expertise extends to both standard and structural aluminum and magnesium tooling, and we leverage CAE simulation to optimize casting processes and minimize scrap.
