Exiros centralizes the purchasing operations of Tenaris and Ternium, and a portion of Tecpetrol and Techint Engineering & Construction. Leveraging on market knowledge and purchasing power, Exiros also supplies materials for different customers around the world outside the Techint Group, through its trading company. It consolidates over USD 14 billion in purchases yearly of a wide range of categories, including trading, as mentioned before, plus different spare parts & supplies, transportation & logistics and several specialized services that are required by its client operations. Fully owned by Tenaris and Ternium, Exiros aims to increase the efficiency of its shareholders’ supply chains through its strong IT tools, leveraging on the support of more than 87,000 registered suppliers and performing more than 3 million transactions every year.
