Fattorie Garofalo

Fattorie Garofalo is the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP first producer with the aim to bring the flavor and quality of “true mozzarella” to tables all over the word. In 1962 was born the first farm and in 1969 the first dairy, from the Garofalos family’s love for their land, their origins, their traditions. Today, the second generations of Garofalo’s family, it’s among the few to manage a complete supply chain: - seven buffalo farms with around 12000 buffaloes; - two dairy production plants; - fourteen retails in city centre and travel retails, located in Italy and abroad. The Garofalo’s family invests constantly in research and innovation in order to guarantee the highest quality.
