Fidum

We're a newly formed Commercial Property Management and Development Services company founded in 2019 by Simon Marshall and Richard Wynn-Davies following the MBO of the property management arm of ESH that had been operating successfully for over 23 years. Simon was formerly sole partner responsible for the ESH Commercial Property Management department having set up this part of the business in 1996 and has been operating it ever since. He and Richard worked closely together at ESH for 7 years prior to the creation of Fidum. Richard brings with him, over 10 years of industry experience, incorporating his previous company, Wynn Property, into the new Fidum structure. Fidum will provide Land and Development Services around the South of England for new and existing clients as Wynn Property previously did. Fidum continues to service new, but familiar clients including UK Institutions, Pension Funds, Asset Management Houses, Retailers, UK Property Companies, Overseas Investors and Developers. Fidum has not only been lucky enough to have inherited an extensive portfolio of loyal clients and commercial properties under management but with them, we have gained an exceptional team of experienced, professional and diligent Chartered Surveyors, facilities managers, accountants and support staff. Fidum manages an extensive portfolio of primary commercial property assets with floor areas totalling in excess of 6.5 million sq ft spread between 1,200 tenants with annual rents in excess of £50 million and service charge budgets totalling over £10 million annually.
