Our company, Evon Technologies, plans to be 1000 people company in next 3 years. When you have such a plan in mind, the first thing that comes to your mind is Sales and Management. Sales is something that we still have to figure out (we can keep figuring throughout our lifetime) but Management problems gave birth to FINDNERD… When we said management, we defined it as: 1) Company Knowledge Management (our key focus). 2) Employee Productivity Management. 3) Obviously Project Management (though we know many tools are there in the market) 4) Employee Collaboration The above were the basic features that we thought we would need to manage our company of 1000 employees. We have used FindNerd to manage and execute projects of 200 employees. We thought of more common names like Blog, Forum, Tutorials. We recorded our own training programs that were carried out in the company and uploaded it to FindNerd, so that anyone in the company could access and learn from it. Similarly, we evolved many features for better management of our company. Since it facilitated the company operations for us, we believe it will do the same for others too. So, we thought to offer it as a free service, to the Individuals and Companies like ours. We would like the communities to comment on the features and help us evolve the product better.
