FindSelf Counseling is a leading mental health counseling group based in North Carolina and Texas, dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to individuals and families facing complex challenges.

We specialize in supporting clients who have experienced childhood and adult trauma, including adoption and foster care experiences, family separation, and domestic and sexual violence. Our team offers a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma.

At FindSelf Counseling, we utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, always prioritizing equity, inclusion, and social justice. We also offer clinical supervision services for new professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for growth.
