We presently support in three different ways 1) Recruitment We look to provide the best match between financial service professionals (or those looking to get into Financial Services) and financial service businesses by really listening and understanding what both the "candidate" and "client" want. 2) Outsource paraplanning and administration Historically, we provided paraplanning and administration support directly to firms. However, we feel we can help more firms and paraplanners by helping them to have direct relationships. We do this by helping paraplanners to set up their own paraplanning businesses and by introducing to firms quality paraplanners. 3) Lead Generation - but not as you know it. We help financial service firms to build their LinkedIn presence with their desired target audience. This allows firms to then farm these connections and ultimately create Leads from it.
