First Ladies of Poverty Foundation, LLC is a non-profit organization based in Springfield, Massachusetts, dedicated to empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs.

We provide a comprehensive ecosystem of support, including top-tier entrepreneurial mentoring communities, business certification programs, and access to life-changing opportunities. Our mission is to foster generational wealth and social mobility, equipping individuals with the tools and resources to overcome systemic obstacles and achieve lasting success in business and life.

Founded in 2012, the Foundation’s legacy framework has inspired and connected thousands of ambitious leaders globally. Through initiatives like the Generational Wealth Bootcamp, we’ve fostered collaboration with billion-dollar brand founders, expert BIPOC speakers, and investors representing $10.3 billion in capital, driving positive change across 100+ industries and contributing to poverty reduction, racial equity, and community development.
