Fix Auto UK is a fully-branded franchised bodyshop network with over 100 sites repairing in excess of 150,000 vehicles per annum. With a 30-strong head office team, we provide our bodyshops with operational, marketing and procurement support, along with a seat at the negotiating table. In the past five years alone, we’ve secured over £65m worth of annual repair work from major insurer clients, on behalf of our bodyshop customers. We are focused on maintaining a sustainable and profitable network. Using our ‘working together’ ethos, we achieve this by sharing best practice across our network through dedicated site visits, a monthly network magazine, quarterly regional meetings and an annual national conference. Our sophisticated Fix Auto UK dashboard connects the entire network together, facilitating benchmarking as well as providing the platform for our electronic CSI system, which enables the live capture and analysis of each bodyshop’s Net Promoter Score. We also offer our franchisees a suite of retail marketing materials, which enables our bodyshops to order low-cost, tailored, branded print in order to help them win profitable retail work.
