At Flexible Workforce Solutions, we help hotels, restaurants, caterers and venues stay fully staffed and running smoothly. We are hospitality trained professionals, not just recruiters. After years in restaurants, bars, events, hotels, both front of house and kitchens, we saw how hard it was to find reliable staff when you really needed them. So we started this business to fix that. Between us, we've got over 50 years of experience in hospitality and recruitment. We've run kitchens, managed events, bars, and even coffee shops (and still step in for shifts if it keeps a client covered). That's what sets us apart – we know the score because we've lived it. Statistics that prove it: Since April 2025, we've filled over 1,300 temporary shifts with a 97.7% completion rate. We've worked 13,000+ hours and helped 14 chefs find permanent positions.
